We are specialists in the cutting of pig to maquila. We elaborate the product of our clients following the technical sheets that they provide us.


We are a company based in Manlleu, province of Barcelona.

At the beginning, the activity of our company was the production of fresh sausages, but the reality of the market made us evolve into a cutting room for pork.

In order to carry out our activity, we have a staff of professionals specialized and trained in correct hygiene and food handling practices.

Our team is made up of a hundred people who work under the best working and training conditions to form a company that, within the limits of its size, is involved in the needs of its national and international clients.


In an area of 1200m2 we have a production room with refrigeration, refrigerated product storage and deep freezing tunnel. Our facilities comply with all the hygienic-sanitary requirements and with the current regulations in force.

In order to adapt to the needs that our clients may have, we have different tools and cutting machinery that allow us to tailor the product according to market demands.
